16.07.2017 at 11:45 am there was an accident on National Road 4 at O'Bapang village when a car who was overtaking a truck hit it causing it to drive of the road. The driver, Aun Visal, 23, lives in Banteay Meanchey, Meanchey commune, Phnom Sruoch district, Kampong Speu province, suffering minor injuries. The victim was sent to the private clinic in Veal Vong Clinic
